Three Core Material Systems
PE Rattan (PE Wicker)：Made from HDPE-based extruded and woven filaments, offering excellent UV resistance, anti-aging performance, and moisture/mold proof properties. It remains flexible between -20℃ and 60℃, with a service life far exceeding that of natural rattan.
HDPE Sheets：High-density polyethylene material – lightweight, durable, corrosion-resistant, weatherproof (against rain, snow, and sunlight), and 100% recyclable. Ideal for outdoor tables, chairs, loungers, and benches.
HIPS Sheets：High-impact polystyrene with outstanding weatherability and impact strength, stable from -40℃ to 60℃. Fire-retardant, waterproof, and non-mildewing, suitable for various outdoor furniture components.

Roots & Growth
1993Founded in Foshan
The company was established in Foshan, Guangdong, initially focusing on the production of injection-molded parts for local small appliance manufacturers, laying a solid foundation in the manufacturing sector.
2000Entry into New Materials
The company embarked on its first strategic transformation, commencing production of PE rattan and HIPS plastic wood sheets. These materials were supplied to outdoor furniture factories, marking a pivotal expansion from components into the new materials sector.
2005Full-Chain Integration-From Materials to the Finished Outdoor Furniture
The company officially entered the finished furniture manufacturing segment, establishing a complete full-chain production model—from raw materials (PE rattan and HIPS sheets) to the finished products. This vertical integration enabled the company to provide end-to-end solutions to its customers.
2010Eco-Upgrade and Product Expansion-HDPE
BHM Furniture introduced HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) sheet production lines and significantly expanded its outdoor furniture product range. Since then, the company has built a comprehensive industrial framework supported by three core material systems—PE rattan, HIPS sheets, and HDPE sheets—covering both raw material supply and finished goods manufacturing.
